You must apply in writing to be placed on our calendar.

After your date has been approved it must be registered with the Registration Chairs,

Patty Pliner or Anna Villarreal Clubs.

To have your sanctioned event included in the mailed quarterly calendar, please send the

appropriate information by the 17th of January, April, July, and October!

Quarterly calendar mailings will be sent the 1st of February, May, August, and November.
